How much does a website cost in Spain in 2026? Real prices

Creativos Digitales ESP 8 min read

It is almost everyone's first question, and the honest answer is that it depends on the scope. In Spain, you will find quotes of €200 and €20,000 for something that, from the outside, looks the same: a website. What differs is the work behind it. Here are the real market price ranges and, at the end, our own rates so you can compare without the hype.

Typical price ranges in Spain (2026)

Project typeTypical rangeWho it makes sense for
Template set up yourself (Wix, WordPress DIY)€0 – €300/yearValidating an idea with no budget
Professional landing page€300 – €800Campaigns, a single service, lead generation
    Corporate website (4–8 pages)€500 – €2,500SMEs and self-employed professionals offering several services
Bespoke website with SEO and a blog€900 – €4,000Businesses that want to attract customers through Google
Online shop€1,200 – €8,000Direct sales, catalogue, payments and shipping
Monthly maintenance€25 – €150/monthAny website that needs to stay up and running

These are market ranges, not an official price list: two agencies may charge very different amounts for the same number of pages depending on what they include.

What makes a quote go up (or down)

    • Number of pages and different templates. Ten pages that use the same template cost much less than four designed individually.
    • Bespoke design versus a template. Starting with a template reduces the hours involved; designing from scratch gives you your own identity and costs more.
    • Content. If you supply the text and photos, you save money. If copywriting and a photo shoot are needed, that is a separate item.
    • Features. Bookings, a customer area, multiple languages, payment gateways or integrations with your CRM multiply the work involved.
    • SEO from the outset. Structure, metadata, structured data and speed. Adding it later always costs more.
    • Deadlines. An urgent delivery means rearranging the schedule and usually carries a surcharge.

What many quotes do not include (and you should ask about)

Before comparing figures, ask for written confirmation of whether they include: the first year's domain and hosting, an SSL certificate, copy, stock images, legal forms (GDPR, cookies, legal notice), Google Analytics and Search Console setup, the number of rounds of revisions, training so you can make edits yourself and ownership of the code. Two quotes with the same figure are different if one includes all of this and the other does not.

    Annual maintenance cost

A website is not a one-off payment. Allow for a domain (€10–€15/year), hosting (€60–€250/year depending on traffic) and maintenance if you want updates, backups and support. Leaving a website unmaintained is the fast track to an outage, a hack or a drop in rankings.

How to find out how much it will cost you

The only useful figure is the one for your project. Tell us what you sell, who you sell to and what you need the website to do, and we will provide a free, fixed-price quote with no obligation via the contact page. If you also want the website to attract customers through Google, it is worth planning your search engine optimisation before writing the first line of content.
